How We Work?
TIGAMA was created in 2013 with the aim of manufacturing and marketing marble. - The company works to supply Algerian and other different origins of marble, granite and travertine products such as Egypt, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Greece and other countries. - The company offers various forms of marble applications such as (tiles for floors and walls - steps and counter-steps - slabs of 2 and 3 cm - kitchens - windows - lintels - counters ... etc).
The company believes that one of its greatest strengths lies in its human elements. The company has selected the most effective elements in the different departments, among them: technicians, administrators, etc., as well as an external foreign component to help in the training of marble techniques.
The TIGAMA factory of marble, travertine and Granit, consists of an administrative building, a manufacturing shed and an outdoor space for storing marble and unloading containers.
The factory works with the latest and most advanced machinery in the marble industry in order to achieve the highest quality of the product in terms of the degree of polishing, cutting or finishing:
– The factory includes 1 slab washer which contains 16 automatic polishing heads – the country of origin – from Turkey, to achieve the highest degree of polishing. In addition to an automatic robot to bring in and unload slabs in order to maintain the safety of the workers.
– The production capacity of work per day is 550 m 2
The factory contains two washing machines for slats and stairs, consisting of 15 automatic heads – the country of origin – Turkey, to achieve the highest degree of polishing.- The working production capacity of one machine per day is 350 m 2
The factory contains 3 automatic laser cutting machines to achieve the highest degree of measurement and cutting.- The production capacity of one machine per day is 350 m 2
The factory also contains three machines for the production of rounding and chamfers for stairs, kitchens, windows and others.- The production capacity of one machine per day is 350 linear meters.
The factory also contains a number of other machines such as: 3 cutting machines, 3 machines for making splinters, a complete unit for the treatment and filtering of water for its purification in order to preserve the environment and reduce waste in the water used, as well as other machines and tools that are used in different finishes.
There are also a number of clarks available in the factory to assist in the process of loading and unloading the goods.As well as a number of trucks required for delivery to customers.One of the most important things the company is proud of is the human element that benefits from professional competence, experience and honesty.
